How do I make a purchase?
We currently accept payments via Paypal or Credit/Debit(Mastercard/Visa) cards!

Select the details (if any), and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for the chosen piece(s). Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.

Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalised your order. Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone no. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.

Pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit card and voila, you’re done!
How long will it take to receive the products after I place the order?
For most of the in-stock products, it takes 7 to 10 working days to receive your order after your payment.
How do you receive payment?
We receive payment through PayPal, and credit card
All major debit / credit cards are accepted via PayPal. You can pay with your debit or credit card without registering with PayPal
How do you ship the products?
We deliver our products worldwide by China Post, TNT, DHL, UPS etc. It takes 7 to 10 working days to get to your address.
How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and it varies depending on where your item is located for.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes; however most of our customers have reported having no issues with parcels being stuck at Customs. Nonetheless, that being said, unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for clarification. You still may be subjected to duties and taxes at the Customs in the event your parcel is being withheld there. Do keep us in the loop (support@yauoso.com) if this comes to pass, and we'll assist you as far as we can!
Do you have a refund policy?
If your product is damaged in any way during shipping or you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item (in good condition though) within 30 days for a prompt refund or replacement, 100% Money Back Guarantee.
The style/size/color I want is out of stock! when will you be restocking?
Yauoso gets our products from our participating merchants; it is really hard to say when will they get it back again. However, please let us know what products are you looking for and we will be more than happy to double check for you!
Do you offer any discounts for first time buyers?
We definitely suggest subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to know about our special promotions and sales! We do giveaway a special code for first timers who subscribed!
